Refund and Returns Policy
At Herbs Naturally, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
1. Return & Claim Window (7 Days)
You can submit a return or refund claim within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Product pictures (if damaged or wrong)
- A short explanation of the issue
2. Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, we’ll send you the correct item at no extra cost.
You may be asked to return the wrong product, depending on the situation.
(We will provide return instructions if needed.)
3. Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged, you have two options:
a) Replacement
We will send a new product free of charge.
b) Refund
You can choose to get a full refund to your original payment method.
We may ask for photos as proof so we can investigate and improve our packaging.
4. Conditions for Return
A product may be eligible for return if:
- It is unused and in its original packaging
- It is reported within the 7-day window
- It meets the above criteria of wrong or damaged items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain herbal or consumable items may not be returnable once opened, unless damaged or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used
- Items returned after 7 days
- Opened herbal/consumable products (unless they were damaged or incorrect)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your claim is approved, refunds are usually processed within:
- 3–7 working days for online payments
- Cash on Delivery refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
